The Refund Policy is subject to terms and limitations, just like any other online/offline shopping experience. By purchasing a training course from www.genztechnologies.net, you accept our terms of use, privacy statement, and return policy.

Our refund policy is as follows:

1.For Self Placed Learning:

Returns are not accepted. Under this purchase, all payments shall be final, non-refundable, and non-creditable.

2.For Instructor Led Online Training:

No Refunds: There won't be any kind of reimbursement for any courses.

3.Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training:

Not eligible for refund. Under no circumstances will the payments mentioned above be refunded. This purchase is subject to irreversible, non-refundable, and non-creditable payments.

GenZ Technologies maintains the right to postpone, cancel, or relocate an event in the event of low enrollment, instructor illness, or other uncontrollable circumstances (such as earthquakes, floods, political unrest, etc.).

If GenZ Technologies cancels an event, the delegate will receive a full refund.

4.Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refunds for duplicate payments made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 7 to 10 working days of the customer's notification.
